Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 October 2026
1. The service
IsoHarbor provides a hosted governance, risk and compliance (GRC) workspace ("the Service") at a dedicated subdomain of isoharbor.com. Each customer gets an isolated instance.
2. Subscription and payment
Subscriptions are billed annually in advance, based on the ISO standards and the number of other standards you select. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless you cancel, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each term.
3. Non-payment and cancellation
If a payment fails or a subscription is cancelled, the workspace first becomes read-only: you can still view and export your data, but you cannot change it. If the account is not brought up to date within the grace period, the workspace is suspended. After suspension, data is kept for a limited period and then deleted. You can ask us for an export before deletion.
4. Entitlements
You can only load the standards included in your plan. To add standards, change your subscription.
5. Your data
You keep all rights to the content you put into the Service. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes, try to access other customers' instances, or disrupt the platform.
7. AI features
Optional AI assistance features send the text you submit to a third-party AI model provider to generate suggestions. AI output may be inaccurate. Review it before relying on it.
8. Open-source software
The Service is built on CISO Assistant Community Edition by intuitem, licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0. The complete corresponding source code of the Service is available at https://github.com/infosec4tc-hub/isoharbor-app.
9. Warranty and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will notify customers of material changes. For questions, email legal@isoharbor.com.
